Shanèl Dear is a Movement and Meditation Teacher in the GTA. She strives to make class a brave space for folks to move, relax and honour their bodies. Her classes focus on movement, breath and meditation, within a body-positive and trauma-informed lens.

Bring a mat, Blocks (or anything sturdy you can use for support), Pillow and Blanket. :)
